Oregon based property management company looking to fill a FT Assistant Community Manager position at Northwind Apartments in Reno - 1680 Sky Mountain Drive Reno, NV 89523.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Duties include, but are not limited to: touring prospects, leasing apartments, assisting with application and move in paperwork, walking vacant units, communicating with residents and office staff, occasional trash pick-up, assisting with marketing, writing and issuing resident memos and notices.
PREVIOUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We are looking for a friendly individual with customer service and/or sales experience with the motivation and desire to assist people in finding their new home. Must have basic computer skills & knowledge of Word and Excel, good English literacy, including writing mechanics and spelling. A valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation are required.
