Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be stationed in Stateline, Nevada for a two day conference. The role entails providing excellent customer service at an education tradeshow, managing a booth and distributing free products to attendees. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Representing the company at an education tradeshow Operating the booth and ensuring it is well-maintained and organized Distributing free product to attendees, ensuring a positive brand experience Answering inbound calls and providing information about the company and its products Handling both inbound and outbound calls, addressing queries and providing assistance Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and order entry tasks Responding promptly and professionally to email correspondence from customers or team members Scheduling appointments for potential customers or clients who express interest Delivering high-quality customer service, resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.Requirements Proficiency in handling and answering inbound calls Proven experience in a call center customer service role Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented approach Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Experience in managing email correspondence in a professional setting Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in order entry in a fast-paced environment Ability to schedule appointments effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively.
