We’re looking for a dynamic People & Culture Administrator to join our team across our portfolio of vibrant hotels including Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments, Mövenpick, Novotel & ibis Ellerslie, TRIBE, and ibis Budget Auckland Central. Support onboarding processes and help foster a strong, positive work culture.Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and learning & development.Maintain accurate staff records, reports, monthly statistics, and compliance documentation.Provide professional, friendly support to staff and departments across all properties.Handle HR enquiries, contracts, and internal correspondence.Contribute to social media content, staff events, and internal promotional materials.Collaborate on Health & Safety and Sustainability (ESG) initiatives.
