Job DescriptionAs Senior Director Program Management, Chief of Staff, you will work closely with leadership team across the CISO/ Security Organization in driving the strategic elevation and ops rhythm of the business and communications - thinking holistically and strategically about organization wide initiatives, strategy, vision, board and regulatory readiness, business processes, procedures and supporting the business and enabling effective execution.Within this role, you will be focused on continuous operational and business improvement and effectiveness through means of using your expertise to identify issues that impede business and strategic group execution over a three year success arc. You will need to be curious and enjoy figuring out and automating solutions with or on behalf of the leadership team. It will be key to make data driven decisions and the occasional informed guesses and bets and then listen for input to refine the path forward.This will be accomplished in part through means of working proactively to address operational rhythms, business processes, procedures, aimed at improving the effectiveness of the leadership team, and the overall organization with every iteration of every process and rhythm of business and communications.The role is a direct report the SVP, Chief Information Security Officer and works closely and aligns with the CISO leadership team. As a member of the Leadership Team, the individual is expected to be an organizer, leader, visionary, and driver in leadership team discussions and topics, participating in most relevant meetings and offering synthesized business perspectives relevant to influencing key strategic decisions.Additional Points of Responsibility:

Helping the SVP, CISO filter and at times the leadership team balance priorities to align time and focus with key priorities of the business including:

acting as single point of contact for specified work streams.

prioritizing and setting cadence

prioritizing and setting cadence of appearances for divisional events (e.g., all hands, leadership team meetings)

Coordinating public communications and alignment with Partners

Translating dialogs/strategy into programs and sweeping strategic initiatives that achieve leadership expected outcomes.

In partnership with the HR, driving the internal executive communication function of the organization, including broad employee engagement and reinforcement of organization vision and culture through planning and execution of the leader’s communication strategy.

Continuously review executive leadership gaps, opening and future hiring

Building operational rhythms and calendars which anticipate the delivery needs of the organization and enable the leadership team to operate effectively and efficiently.

Developing and managing annual, semi-annual, and quarterly processes specific to strategy refresh, technical priority development, etc.

Preparation for key product and customer events.

Driving key upward and horizontal review processes including regular business updates, Execution Scorecard meetings, includingorganizational communication and action definition, delegation, tracking and management.

Tracking status and managing communication on engineering and technical dependencies, particularly those which rely on delivery from organizations across Security and Identity and OCI including coordination of announcement efforts.

Leading key ongoing/regular operational review processes specific to customer growth, (service health, incident post-mortem, and proactive health metrics), and product deep dives.

Managing cadence, agenda and logistics for leadership meetings and off-site meetings.

Proactively identifying issues that impede business group success and providing solutions/recommendations.

10+ years of related experience such as financial planning, growth development, budgeting, business management, and growth strategies.

Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership on complex business topics.

Systems thinker, able to manage a high degree of complexity and to distill information into simple messages, able to think both strategically at a global level as well as effectively developing key processes.

Exceptional cross-organization coordination and communication skills including ability to build comprehensive and compelling presentation and communication materials that span functions and groups.

Strong interpersonal skills including ability to build trust, influence, and foster relationships with diverse team members; ability to leverage relationships to drive consistency of approach and ensure delivery.

Ability to balance varying responsibilities that span rhythm of business, communications, executive management, and culture.

Passion to foster a culture of efficiency and high performance through initiatives, training & education, and communication.

Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple high-profile projects of varying timelines simultaneously.

Ability to effectively collaborate, influence, and leverage outside resources to drive results.

A Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience is preferred, emphasis on the importance of equivalent experience. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
