Residential Area Surveyor – Bournemouth/Poole/The New Forest

We’re recruiting for a Residential Area Surveyor to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus and strong benefits package.The patch will cover Bournemouth/Poole/The New Forest (Southampton)This role can be offered on a Full Time, Part Time or Job Share basis.What you'll be doing:Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clientsUpholding best professional practice to minimise the financial and reputational risk to the businessCompleting 5 points per dayPromptly and effectively responding to queries, complaints and claimsRegularly reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions so that they meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomes
