We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and highly organised Health & Safety Administrator to join our plant based in Invercargill. We are looking for a person with a genuine and committed approach towards Health and safety with a half-glass full attitude. This role will also be responsible for assisting the compliance manager when needed and maintaining the compliance records when needed.  You will need to have strong interpersonal skills, with the added ability to communicate effectively to build quality relationships towards a progressive and positive work culture.
Reporting to the Health & Safety Officer and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:Championing Health and safety processes and initiativesMaintaining site hazard and incident registersSupporting the development and implementation of safe systems of work  Overseeing contractor management profiles and inductionsGeneral Health & Safety administration tasks and support to the H&S OfficerMaintaining compliance recordsAssisting the compliance manager as needed
