Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP)This is a contract opportunity.This is a Remote opportunity.

About This Position

We are looking for an Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) to provide support, thought partnership, and coaching across all levels of management and employees in our organization. You will proactively assess team and manager development needs, offering solutions and implementing best practices to enhance employee relations. In this role, you will help mitigate risks, assess complex cases, and leverage data analysis to drive proactive solutions for improving employee satisfaction and business efficiency. Job Responsibilities

Provide Employee Relations support, coaching, and partnership across all employee levels.

Assess team and manager development needs and implement appropriate solutions.

Triage employee relations casework, identifying solutions and acting in accordance with guidelines.

Analyze data to identify key trends and drive proactive solutions to minimize reactive work.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, Investigations, and other HR teams to implement scalable solutions.

Participate in global strategy and execution in partnership with regional HR teams.

Design and facilitate Manager Training based on data analysis.

Act as a trusted advisor, balancing risk by considering employee, business, and company perspectives.

Skills/Requirements

6+ years of experience in Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner roles.

Ability to manage 50+ cases at any given time with effective judgment.

Demonstrated experience in project management, change management, and driving independent programs.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and empathy skills.

Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and drive inclusion initiatives.

Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and develop cross-team relationships.

Experience using data to identify insights that lead to actionable outcomes.

Experience working with global and matrix organizations.

Experience supporting teams in sectors such as Sales, Technical, Marketing (optional).

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS degree preferred, but not required.

Strong experience managing complex employee relations cases (especially performance management).

Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships.

Proven experience using data analysis to drive actionable insights and solutions.
