Role Purpose:This position will support the Enterprise Procurement Team in implementing procurement strategies and initiatives in the Broadcast and Production Categories. Act as liaison between the procurement organization, business stakeholders, and other corporate functions throughout the procurement process. Be a trusted advisor to the stakeholders, aligning with enterprise goals and objectives. Partner with Comcast and Sky Procurement Teams and Business Stakeholders to drive global enterprise deals and agreements.
Responsibilities:Lead RFP efforts and activities pre and post bidAnalyze and understand proposals and provide clear options and recommendationsProvide strategic insight and market intel to facilitate the decision-making processLead contract and legal negotiation effortsResponsible for timely execution of projects, coordinating efforts across all stakeholders and participating functions including Legal, Finance, Information Security, Privacy, and GovernanceManage vendor relationships and ecosystemsUnderstand the greater impact of business decisions within the vendor ecosystemMaintain accurate spend and contract-related data in numerous databasesAnalyze and calculate procurement costs and develop cost reduction strategies
