Looking to add an ENH Crew Leader to out growing NH Landscape Enhancement team managing a small crew of 1-2 guys.
Our Enhancement team takes care of a variety of work including but not limited to pruning, annual flower installs, mulching, large plant installations, brush cutting, drainage installs, turf installs, light hardscape work, other equipment work and so on. Essentially some in Maintenance contract work that requires specialty labor and then all upsells to clients. We only do Commercial properties or HOA's which makes life easier.
We also have a ton of high end winter work so plenty of hours at an increased pay rate.
Experience in such work required (2-3 years preferred).
