Reporting to the Banquet Manager and Food & Beverage Manager you will have the autonomy to make decisions, run the department and lead a great team of people. 
As our Assistant Manager C&E Ops, you main duties and responsibilities are included but not limited to:Oversee the daily operation of the Banquet Operations department in conjunction with the Food & Beverage team, Kitchen team and our C&E sales teamEnsure that each function is set up according to the Banquet Event OrderDeliver catering to the standards outlined on the Banquet Event OrderEffectively complete onboarding and training of new staff
