Azure DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in building and managing cloud-based infrastructure, automating workflows, and optimising processes to enable seamless software delivery. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of systems.This role is ideal for someone passionate about continuous improvement, cloud technologies, and building solutions that empower development teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment and delivery.Automate and manage cloud infrastructure deployment and configuration using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and reliability.Enhance security and compliance of systems and pipelines by integrating appropriate tools and practices.Advocate and help uplift the capabilities to implement DevOps best practices, including automation, observability, and scalability.Support application and infrastructure monitoring using tools such as Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, or Elastic Stack.Document technical processes and solutions to improve operational transparency and knowledge sharing.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies to continuously improve systems and workflows.
