Cafe Supervisor

We’re now looking for a Café Supervisor for our Summerset at Heritage Park Village in Ellerslie who shares our love for people, hospitality, and quality service. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our café. From making great coffee to creating tasty cabinet food and light meals, you’ll help make our café a warm and welcoming place for residents, their families, and visitors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Leading the daily operations of the café and reconciling the daily takingsTraining and mentoring a small teamPreparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to a high standardProviding outstanding barista servicesAssisting with catering for village events and resident functionsYou’ll work closely with the Chef Manager, and wider village team to deliver a café experience that’s welcoming, consistent, and genuinely enjoyable.This is a full time role offer 40 hours per week from Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.
