SUMMARYThe IT Manager, Parts Supply Chain Management, is responsible for the overall IT strategy and operations supporting the Parts & Accessories Supply Chain business functions. This role requires a deep understanding and functioning of Oracle E-Business Suite (version 12.2.6 or later), Parts Planning System, and Global Trade Management system, as well as strong project management and leadership skills. The successful candidate will lead a team in delivering IT solutions that drive operational efficiency, improve data quality, and support business growth.RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic IT leadership for the parts supply chain function, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.
Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite, Kinaxis Planning system, and Global Trade Management system.
Oversee the integration of the ERP environment supporting Parts flow with upstream planning system and downstream WMS and shipping systems
Manage and optimize the integration between Oracle E-Business Suite and external 3rd party systems.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing career development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that support business processes.
Manage and execute multiple IT projects and programs, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and consultants.
Ensure compliance with JSOX and IT security standards.
Manage IT budgets, including both capital and operational expenditures.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Responsible for development standards, product quality and solution delivery timelines.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proven experience in IT management with a focus on supply chain management.
In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain functions in the areas of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay process.
In-Depth knowledge of Oracle e-Business suite Supply Chain Modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping and accounting modules (AR/AP).
Proven experience integrating ERP systems with both in-house applications and external vendors and applications is required.
Experienced in managing SaaS product platforms and quarterly testing for upgrades.
Proven experience with PLSQL programming skills.
Experience in managing and executing IT projects and programs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and develop a high-performing IT team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with vendor management and outsourcing.
Understanding of IT security and compliance standards.
Budget management and financial analysis skills.
