Must be able to break out material take-offs from drawings provided by client.
Communicate with clients, construction managers, planners, and design teams.
Substantial knowledge of architectural hardware.
Online take-off, BID Submissions, RFP's, Project estimating, follow up on pending projects, coordinate with site super, answer emails, answering phone calls.
Able to create detailed drawings of buildings and other construction projects, using their knowledge of building materials, engineering practices, and mathematics a PLUS.
