We have an opening for another Revit Modeler / CAD Draftsman! We are looking for an additional person to perform structural drafting duties in the development of commercial and residential structures (1 - 40 stories). You'll be joining a fun, smart, and successful team! This is a work from home/hybrid position, which requires you to work in office at least 50% of the time.
What you'll be doing:
- Drafting (CAD) / Modeling (Revit) of plans and details in accordance with company standards.
- Initial setup of CAD/Revit drawings based on files received from architects / clients.
- Ability to read and understand structural plans
- Review plans in pdf format.
- Update plans and create details based on sketches and red line markups received from engineers.
- Assist in maintaining, expanding and improving CAD/Revit standards.
- Assist with maintaining, expanding and improving CAD/Revit detail library.
- Communicate with engineers/project managers to ensure drawings are complete and accurate.
-Assist with Plotter operations and printing of construction documents.
Skills we'll need you to have:
- Proficient with AutoCAD/Revit (Latest version)

Education/Experience that you'll need to have:
High School Diploma (Mandatory)
AutoCAD Training Certificate or Relevant work experience (Mandatory)
Associates Degree (Construction / Structural Engineering / Drafting) Preferred
At least 2 years Structural Engineering or drafting/modeling experience
