Job description: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Generating shipment instructions, preparing and handling billing documentation. Collecting data for payroll purposes. Data input. Proficiency in administrative skills including communication is required. Must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment and provide timely, high quality and accurate work product.

Technical skills and experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Quick Books.
Adapt at scheduling, organizing and maintaining outlook calendars.
Significant attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant, positive demeanor.
