Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems, including cabling, CCTV, and telecommunication systems
- Perform system design and layout based on project requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Test and troubleshoot low voltage systems to ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects on time
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions
Skill:
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems and components
- Experience as a service technician in the low voltage industry
- Proficient in computer hardware and software related to low voltage systems
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and their installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of telecommunication systems and their installation and maintenance
- Proficient in using hand tools for installation and repair work
- Possess relevant certifications in low voltage systems (e.g., BICSI, NICET)
- Familiarity with power tools used in low voltage system installation

Looking for Background:
Lead installer is responsible for the projects and services assigned- Use experience to program and install/troubleshoot and service Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, Fire Warden, Bosch, Potter, Honeywell, Ademco, Kiddie, -Fire Alarm Systems. (Install/Inspections/Record of Completions/Service)
Manage tools and material needed for projects to setup.
Read and follow plans for Fire alarm system wiring and guidance to end users.
Plan schedules and/or lay out CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarm work.
Performs scheduled installations with maintenance on a variety of equipment/systems under contract agreement by inspecting, programming, and calibrating systems within local code compliance.
Completes maintenance within assigned Labor allocated hours.
Assists with the kickoff of new equipment or system installation and adjusts as needed to ensure the system is operational.
Perform work assignments in a safe manner in specified cost.
Maintain good customer relations to assists with contract retention.
Maintain company property and documentation in accordance with established policies; handle proprietary information in the prescribed manner; adhere to and support Fire Security Solutions LLC. policies and procedures including all safety requirements.
Maintain knowledge of industry changes and upcoming technology
Complete training programs requested by MGT/Clients
Present a professional attire in accordance with the company uniform.
Coordinate availability for emergency service call rotation.
