Job Title: Client Support Specialist/Order Entry Job Description Promptly enter purchase orders to meet or exceed the agreed service levels. Partner with Leads to guarantee achievement of service level agreements. Ensure order entry, order tracking, and delivery are on track, and orders are completed in full, providing status updates throughout the process. Identify gaps in processes and partner with the customer experience team to resolve. Ensure actions align with AAT strategy. Escalate issues as they arise in a timely manner to ensure agility and responsiveness.Hard Skills
3+ years of experience in customer operations, order entry within manufacturing or distribution
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience with an ERP System
