Patient Access Pharmacist - PT - NJAre you passionate about removing barriers to patient access and ensuring timely support for complex medical conditions?Do you excel in pharmacy operations and enjoy contributing to patient-centric solutions?About the Role: Conduent's Patient Access Pharmacist is essential in eliminating barriers to accessing medications for complex and rare medical conditions. This role ensures employees receive timely support and oversees pharmacy operations. Responsibilities include training on prescription processes, adhering to SOPs, and collaborating with various teams to maintain operational excellence. Strong integrity, empathy, accuracy, and attention to detail are vital for this position.Responsibilities:

Partnering with the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to support key responsibilities and licensed pharmacy activities.

Interpreting and entering patient prescriptions accurately.

Communicating professionally with patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals.

Managing prescription clarifications and supporting training development and delivery.

Reporting Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) per policy.

Adhering to SOPs, CWIs, and business rules while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.

Collaborating with IT/IS for system enhancements and troubleshooting order issues.

Maintaining patient confidentiality and managing analytics-related inquiries.

Supporting process improvements and enforcing product-based system standards.

Providing subject matter expertise across multi-department resources.

Requirements:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or PharmD.

Maintain a current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in NJ.

Demonstrate 5+ years of pharmacy experience, including 2 years as a pharmacist.

Exhibit experience in patient assistance, managed care, Medicaid/Medicare, or related fields.

Utilize CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and customer engagement platforms.

Possess customer service or PBM experience, with a preference for retail or call center-based pharmacy practice.

Apply case management or product launch experience.

Organize effectively, with strong attention to detail and delegation skills.

Communicate clearly with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Handle multiple tasks, adapt quickly, and work with minimal supervision.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), NICE InContact, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft TEAMS.

Additional Expectations:

The position is located at our corporate headquarters in Florham Park, NJ.

Candidates are required to be on-site 3 days per week, on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday during standard business hours, typically from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time. Weekend shifts are not required.

On-site attendance is mandatory for this role to ensure effective oversight and to professionally represent the licensed closed-door, non-dispensing intake pharmacy while fulfilling key job responsibilities outlined in this description above.

Flexibility is essential to accommodate coverage over any weekday, as well as holidays when Conduent remains operational.

The role may require on-site presence at short notice to cover for other pharmacists on Monday and/or Tuesday.

Remote work, when rarely permitted by Conduent, must be pre-approved by Conduent and adhere to regulations set forth by the NJ Board of Pharmacy, including but not limited to Remote Processing regulations.

The role entails an average of no more than 28 hours per week.

The estimated salary range for this role is $75,400- $92,500
