Operations Manager

 We’re looking for an Operations Manager to play a key role in strengthening our internal capability and supporting our long-term growth.In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of operational excellence across HR, project management, IT support, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. This is a hands-on position that oversees the smooth running of our day-to-day operations while also driving key initiatives across the business.Working closely with the Directors and senior leadership team, you will look  for opportunities to improve workflow, enhance productivity, and ensure our systems and processes support the future of the business. A large part of the role involves leading our Support Team, developing clear expectations, building capability, and fostering a positive and collaborative culture.Maintaining strong relationships—both internally with staff and externally with clients and partners—is crucial, as you will often act as a key point of contact to ensure communication is clear and that service standards remain high.
