Bookkeeper

Description We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The primary focus of this role will be on our accounting operations, especially between Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), along with processing funding for client projects. Don't hesitate and apply today!Responsibilities: Maintain and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. Process funding for client projects in a timely and accurate manner. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records. Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Use QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting. Handle bookkeeping duties including recording financial transactions, managing invoices and conducting bank reconciliations. Process payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and procedures. Support the finance team in maintaining accurate customer credit records. Respond to customer inquiries related to financial transactions and accounts.
