Responsible for the execution of the program to ensure a coordinated delivery of the business outcomes and ensures that the programs maintain a standard project management approach. GRA and EIT partner with the Lines of Business and Enterprise functions to ensure the capabilities they build address both internal and regulatory requirements, and are responsive to the changing nature of portfolios, economic conditions, and emerging risks. In executing their activities, GRA and EIT drive innovation, process improvement and automation.Role OverviewThe Release Train Engineer will lead Agile/JIRA adoption for a portfolio of tests focused on data testing (testing that evaluates enterprise data across the Bank’s data lifecycle, including capture, transport, and use, and provides critical insights into data accuracy, completeness and fitness for purpose, as well as the data health of bank data domains and in-scope processes and controls). The role entails establishing and implementing a framework for the use of Agile/Kanban techniques such as Value Stream. The candidate will utilize JIRA & Agile concepts to drive out timely and efficient execution of testing deliverables. The Release Train Engineer is responsible for establishing testing project plans, identifying and managing dependencies, and providing ongoing visibility into progress against deliverables. The candidate will promote agile principles and mindset through coaching, and enable continuous improvement across multiple scrum teams. The Release Train Engineer is responsible for escalating and resolving impediments to delivery and managing resources and capacity accordingly.Required Education
Undergraduate or masters degree from an accredited college or university
GPA of 3.5 or higher is preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification, including PSM Levels 1, 2, and 3
Completion of the Certified Scrum Developer course
Experience with ServiceNow and using Jira for Agile project management techniques

Required Qualifications
Expert JIRA/ Scrum/ Agile experience on large scale complex programs. Experienced in setting up and executing Program Increments
Technology Change Management (CRQ) & Release experience on large scale complex program(s)
Strong Agile understanding with a comprehensive combination of execution and training in Scrum methodology
Expert knowledge of an Agile framework or method (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and understanding of software development lifecycle models
Experienced in establishing automated reports & metrics leveraging JIRA for tracking/ forecasting & managing work efforts across programs/teams
Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and understanding facilitation techniques
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
Ability to influence, remove obstacles, and motivate people without direct line management authority
Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly address issues or problems
Ability to coach and build a collaborative team of diverse individuals
Ability to assign and delegate tasks appropriately, ensure alignment with priorities and schedule, and ensure the team is fully deployed and productive
Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
Proficiency in refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
Experience in planning and problem-solving with product management and delivery teams
Desired Qualifications
Coding experience in Python leveraging systems such as GIT/Bitbucket
Proficiency in leveraging Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Risk management background/experience
Data testing experience (across capture, transport and use: i.e. conformance, transaction, transport, controls and/or compliance/surveillance testing)
