Join us!Job Description:Following established written procedures, guidelines and techniques, develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions. Individual contributor role; fully competent to work under general direction on the most complex projects, often on multiple phases, and seeks guidance and direction from more senior associates or manager, as needed. Working knowledge of business or function for which application is designed. Often responsible for the completion of a phase of a project.Responsibilities:

Design and implement a scalable and reliable enterprise architecture framework, resulting in improved system performance and reduced downtime

Lead a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and other technical resources across teams

Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess current infrastructure and identify opportunities for optimization and reduction in IT infrastructure costs and improved system resilience

Assist with Audit deliverables for Network Toolset

Work with vendors to enhance their respective tools to meet new customer/security requirements

Develop integrations for the various Network Tools

Assist with developing a technology strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives

Identify gaps in current systems and processes and recommend appropriate solutions

Develop and implement enterprise architecture standards and governance models

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions

Collaborate with team members to create new architecture designs

Analyze existing systems and processes for improvement opportunities

Monitor industry trends and technologies to identify potential opportunities

Develop detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and technical designs

Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Ensure compliance with security and governance standards

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience with IBM Netcool Operations Insight (NOI) and Watson AIOps platforms

Functional knowledge of the RedHat OpenShift platform

Experience in designing NOI and AIOps solutions for multi-regional architectures

Expertise in probe design to handle high volumes of events

Proficiency in performance tuning of NOI components

Detailed understanding of NOI and AIOps component workflows

Experience in designing and configuring network discovery in multi-regional architectures using IBM Network Manager

Experience in designing and developing various third-party integrations using IBM Netcool Impact (REST API, web services, various databases)

Expertise in designing and architecting SevOne Network performance management

Solid knowledge of system and networking concepts

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, related field and or technical training

Leadership: Self-starter, self-directed and shows initiative

Focused on execution, delivery, and commitment to dates

Demonstrates ownership: Is accountable and can hold others accountable (professionally)

Strong written and verbal communications skills. Ability to communicate and influence upward as well as laterally

Accessibility and focus

Organized and detail oriented; must have a strong technical acumen

Ability to partner with others for the good of the initiative

Experience in various Fault Monitoring tooling vendors including but not limited to IBM, SevONE, MicroFocus, SPLUNK, as well as equipment manufacturers such as Cisco, Aruba, Cloudgenix, Fortinet

Financial services (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking)

Has participated in design and/or implementation of major IT projects
