We're seeking an experienced and passionate LEAD COOK to join our Italian market and catering team!
-Oversee daily kitchen operations
-Lead, Train, and inspire kitchen staff.
-Must have strong leadership and organization skills,
-Strong knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine and ingredients.
-Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including pastas, sauces, meats, fishes, and vegetables.
-Assist with food preparation for catering events and parties.
-Maintain production days and organize all raw and dry materials.
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen including walk-in boxes and freezers.
-Collaborate with our team to develop new recipes and menu ideas.
-Friendly attitude with coworkers and customers.
