Busy, established restaurant in Central NJ is hiring an experienced Kitchen Manager. Must be reliable, organized, and able to lead a team in a fast‑paced kitchen.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily BOH operations
– Train and manage staff
– Maintain food quality + sanitation
– Handle ordering, inventory, and scheduling
Requirements:
– 2+ years KM or Sous Chef experience
– Strong leadership and communication
– Hands‑on work ethic
