Groundskeeping/Maintenance Laborer needed

Property Management Company looking for a person to maintain properties as far as dumpster maintenance, property clean up and light maintenance repairs. This job involves a lot of walking and being outside all day. We only maintain property grounds, no interior work. MUST have a clean valid drivers license and a clean background, as we do check both.
