We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and install residential and/or commercial plumbing systems while providing top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair solutions
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
Perform inspections and preventive maintenance
Communicate clearly with customers about job details, repair options, and costs
Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely
Complete service reports and documentation accurately
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry codes
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a plumbing technician (or equivalent training)
Valid plumbing license or certification
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with residential and/or commercial plumbing
Experience with water heater installation (tank & tankless)
HVAC or mechanical aptitude a plus

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to lead and oversee plumbing operations on new construction projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating project schedules, ensuring code compliance, and delivering high-quality workmanship from ground-up rough-in to final inspection.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day plumbing operations on new construction job sites
Manage and schedule plumbing crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets quality, safety, and code requirements
Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, inspectors, and other trades
Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical guidance to team members
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and progress updates
Enforce safety protocols and foster a safe jobsite environment
Requirements
6+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in new construction
Proven experience in a supervisory or lead technician role
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, construction practices, and mechanical systems
Ability to read blueprints and oversee full project installation lifecycle
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid plumbing license or journeyman/master certification (if required by state)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or multifamily projects
Familiarity with project management software or scheduling tools
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
