Role Overview:
Zapp is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Field Sales Associate to drive our sales and promotional initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, have a deep connection to the local community, and excel in sales, marketing, and operations. The main responsibilities will include building rapport with multiple vendors, engaging with the public in high-profile areas, creating brand awareness, and actively promoting Zapp at community events. This position offers flexible hours combined with a base hourly rate plus a commission-based incentive for new user sign-ups.
Responsibilities:
Local Engagement and Promotion:
Actively engage potential users in strategic locations, explaining the benefits of using Zapp and distributing promotional materials.
Build and maintain relationships with local vendors to enhance brand presence and support sales initiatives.
Community Involvement:
Participate in local events to raise brand awareness and drive user sign-ups.
Be a proactive presence at community gatherings, fairs, and festivals to promote Zapp's services.
Sales and Marketing:
Utilize direct marketing techniques, such as door-to-door outreach and vendor partnerships, to increase user acquisition.
Develop and implement strategies to engage the community and enhance brand visibility.
Provide regular updates on promotional efforts, user feedback to Zapp Team.
Track and report on sales metrics and community engagement outcomes.
Work collaboratively with regional sales and marketing teams to align local promotional activities with broader company objectives.
Requirements:
Community Connections: Strong ties to local communities, preferably with a focus on engaging Mexican communities.
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with the community and understand their needs.
Proven Sales Experience: Experience in direct sales, promotional marketing, or a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of persuasively explaining the benefits of Zapp.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable with a flexible schedule and able to adapt strategies based on community feedback and company goals.
