Position Details Position Information Recruitment/Posting Title Instructor/Assistant Professor, Pediatric Gastroenterology Department RWJ-Pediatrics-Gastroenterology Salary Commensurate With Experience Posting Summary The Department of Pediatrics at Rutgers Robert Wood Medical School is seeking to hire a faculty member in the division of Pediatric Gastroenterology. Candidate must have an MD or DO degree and be board-certified or board eligible in pediatric gastroenterology. We are looking for pediatric gastroenterology fellowship trained physicians to see patients and mentor students and residents at both outpatient and inpatient locations.Our physicians provide both ambulatory and inpatient care at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and RWJBarnabas Health facilities. The position may include travelling to offsite locations. We are seeking a candidate who has a passion for teaching, enjoys caring for children with a wide variety of conditions including those who are medically complex. We value leadership. Applicants with research training and a portfolio of scholarly productivity are encouraged.
