Employer: Janssen Supply Group, LLCJob Title: Lead Data Scientist - Digital SolutionsJob Code: A011.5319Job Location:New Brunswick, NJJob Type: Full-Time Rate of Pay: $139,590 - $170,610Job Duties: Responsible for the design, development, programming methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for teams across the Quality organization. Build and expand Data Analytics capabilities. Collaborate with business partners to develop and deploy applications in new areas, applying and inspiring the adoption of advanced data science and analytics. Develop software programs, algorithms, and automated processes that cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large data sets from multiple disparate sources. Identify and communicate meaningful, actionable insights from large data and metadata sources to Quality Subject Matter Experts. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel ensuring the efficient operation of the function. Drive application of predictive, preventive, and proactive data and analytics in collaboration with the Data Analytics team. Build and deploy digital solutions and capabilities, such as visualization and modeling/algorithms. Develop capability with Digital Stack and upskill Cycle Management teams and the receiving business owners to assure adoption and maintenance of deployed capabilities and tools. Engage with business partners to translate business opportunities through data analytics. Identify opportunities and support the design of new tools in collaboration with business stakeholders.
