Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Account Manager, Order Coordinator, Supply Manager, Shipping Supervisor, and Quoting Specialist. This position is to replace a long-term employee who played a crucial role in our operations for over 30 years. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Handle specific house accounts, maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met.

Order Processing: Write up orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and entered into our system.

Order Tracking: Monitor the progress of orders, ensuring they are processed, manufactured, and delivered on time.

Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Coordination: Work closely with production and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all orders meet our high standards before they are shipped to customers.

Supply Management: Order and manage supplies for the shop, ensuring that necessary materials are always in stock and available for production.

Shipping Supervision: Manage the employee responsible for wrapping and shipping all FedEx and UPS packages, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.

Quoting: Prepare and provide accurate quotes for potential and existing clients, ensuring competitive and fair pricing.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within a tool and die shop or related industry.

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in order management systems, and experience in quoting.

Attributes: Detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, and customer-focused.

Education: Relevant certification or equivalent experience in customer service, account management, supply chain management, or a related field.
