Looking for a full time line cook and raw bar attendant at our Seafood and Cocktail bar in Hoboken. Can start as soon as possible.
Assist chef and lead line cook with prep, cleaning and full service. Experience with prep/ knife skills/ following recipes and working in a fast paced environment is a must. Ideal candidate is comfortable working multiple stations and maintaining optimum prep levels for service and communicating well with peers as well as front of house.
Speaking Spanish as well as English is a plus.
Can be flexible with a schedule to accommodate, however weekends are a must, PM shifts only.
