We are looking for an experienced and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team at Eden Dental.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. (W2) and have a warm, professional manner when interacting with patients. A minimum of 3 years of dental office experience is required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Handling treatment plans and financial coordination
- Insurance verification and insurance billing
- Knowledge of overall dental office operations is a strong plus
Work Schedule (Flexible):
Mon: 1pm–8 pm
Tue: 1pm–8 pm
Wed: 9 am–5 pm
Fri: 9am–1pm
Sat: 9am–4pm
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable with computers and office software
Organized, clean, and detail-oriented
Preferred:
Long-term availability
Prior experience in the dental field
