Handy Man Needed for Busy Property Management Company

We are a property management company in Jersey City, all of our properties are located in Jersey City. We are looking for a repair man for a full time position. The person we are looking for needs to have experience in this type of work. The right candidate needs to be able to do carpentry, tile work, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, trouble shooting of HVAC systems and boilers. You must be able to install sheetrock and tape and spackle. The other requirement is a drivers license. We will provide a truck.
