We’re launching a new residential maid service in Bergen County and are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable professional to help build the business from the ground up.

About the Opportunity
Depending on your background and interest, this role can start as:
A consultant or advisor, helping to shape systems, pricing, supplies, and operations
A lead cleaner or team lead, managing cleaning jobs and ensuring quality service
A manager-in-training, preparing to oversee crews as the company expands

What You’ll Do
Share real-world insights about how successful cleaning services operate
Help set up supplies, equipment, and scheduling systems
Lead by example in the field — maintaining high cleaning standards
Train and guide new team members as the business grows
Provide feedback on ways to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
