We are seeking to fill the Regional Manager position (Full Time) salary with bonuses.
Commercial cleaning experience is a requirement for consideration.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Identifying / interviewing new personnel
2. Customer service contact with clients
3. Coordinate cleaning staffs at multiple locations
4. Training personnel
5. Quality control inspections
6. Problem solving skills
7. MUST be bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
Experience:
Commercial cleaning experience is necessary. Please provide references.
Compensation:
Full-time salary position with bonuses plus gas and tolls
