Responsible for the cultivation and care of landscaping the grounds surrounding yards, building, and homes for Residential and Commercial properties. Planting of flowers, mowing, pulling of weeds and all general landscape maintenance.
Primary responsibilities:
Ability to SHOW UP on time every day and ready to work as a team player, arriving through your own means of transportation. Valid driver's license a plus.
Mowing of lawns using a medium or large lawnmower.
Cutting lawns using hand power or riding mowers and trimming and edging around walks, flower beds, and walls. Also, outside of buildings and homes.
Ability to work in various weather conditions, often times in high heat and humidity.
Landscape: planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
Sweeping and blowing walkways, patio, and decks of debris.
Cut down tree limbs from ground level that are posing a danger.
Trimming and pruning of shrubs of all different sizes.
Moving and set up lawn furniture.
Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.
Install rock, cement, mulch in large amounts.
Physically able to lift 50 pounds in a safe manner.
Water plants and grass as needed.
