We are looking for a reliable, organized, and creative individual to support daily studio operations, administrative tasks, workshops, and creative equipment. This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on studio and machine support.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations
Assist with scheduling, registrations, and basic studio administration
Communicate with clients, participants, and team members
Help manage supplies, materials, and inventory as well as set up the graphics using various virtual tools.
Support day-to-day studio organization and operations
Studio & Workshop Support
Set up and break down workshops, classes, and events
Operate and help maintain multiple studio machines and equipment
Prepare basic design files and materials for machine use
Assist participants during workshops and sessions
Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and ready for use
Requirements
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Creative mindset with basic computer and design abilities
Comfortable learning and working with various machines and tools
Willingness to perform hands-on tasks, including setup and cleanup
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in person
Good communication and customer-facing skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in an administrative, studio, or operations role
Familiarity with creative or technical equipment
Experience with basic design software (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Inkscape, etc.)
Experience assisting with workshops, classes, or events
