Fast growing roofing company is looking for a reliable, organized, Administrative Assistant to support our office management and administration. Applicant should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, possibly Spanish speaking
Compensation:
$800 a week
Working hours:
Tuesday through Saturday
10:00 Am- 7:00 Pm
Days of Sunday and Monday
Responsibilities:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple priorities with a calm, professional and willing attitude
Strong interpersonal skills; strong organization and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Maintaining organized files
Proven tact and good judgment in confidential situations
Telephone Coverage and excellent telephone etiquette
Qualifications:
Previous Office/Admin experience
Self-starter; willing to complete tasks as identified, but before explicit assignment
Very well organized and detail oriented
