handle benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, equitable resolutions with insurance providers and members via phone, e-mail, and mail
provide accurate, valid and complete information to internal/external parties by using the right methods/tools
keep records of client interactions, process client accounts and file documents
process enrollments, terminations and changes of members in the different benefit coverages, including medical, dental, etc., in the different insurance carrier portals/e-mails, as well as the COBRA administration software
prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
check source documents for accuracy, verify data and correct data where necessary
obtain further information for incomplete documents
enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms, transcribe information into required electronic format
scan documents into document management systems or databases
check completed work for accuracy
print letters daily and information when required, collate letters and prepare for mailing
comply with data integrity and security policies
