Individual should be extremely organized and detailed oriented, able to assist a team of seasoned sales professionals while assisting in the estimating and execution of residential remodeling projects that range in the area $20,000.00 - $100,000.00.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate projects
- Utilize construction management software
- Manage contracts with vendors and contractors
- Estimate construction costs and oversee budgeting
- Coordinate construction sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines
- Implement project management strategies effectively
- Communicate with Clients, Engineers and provide technical resources as needed
Experience:
- Prior experience in Construction or related field
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes
- Familiarity with construction site operations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record in project management
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively
