About Us:
Aeromark Mechanical is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Technician with a minimum of 10 years of field experience to join our high-performing team. We specialize in Residential/Commercial HVAC solutions and are looking for a seasoned technician with proven expertise in diagnosing and servicing all residential systems and commercial systems including VRF/VRV systems, make-up air units, and a huge plus if you have boiler experience.
Responsibilities:
You'll oversee and perform installations, service calls, and maintenance on a wide variety of residential and commercial systems
Diagnose, service, and repair advanced HVAC systems with a focus on VRF/VRV technology (Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG, etc.)
Perform maintenance and repair on make-up air units, including airflow and combustion tuning
Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installs and repairs
Perform routine and preventative maintenance to enhance system performance
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding system conditions and solutions
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Residential/Commercial HVAC technician
Strong diagnostic background with VRF/VRV systems
Proficient with make-up air units, economizers, and ventilation systems
Boiler knowledge (low- and high-pressure systems) is a strong plus
EPA Universal Certification required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA 10/30 certification
NATE certification
Factory training on major VRF systems (Mitsubishi, Daikin, etc.)
Familiarity with BMS controls and integration
Chiller Experience
