Description Global designer/wholesaler of computer accessories seeks a Audit Manager to join their Finance and Accounting group. Great opportunity to make the role your own, provide input and insight into policies and procedures, assist in streamlining various operational departments including inventory, sales reporting and chargebacks. As a new role within the group, candidates should bring some experience and knowledge and prior accomplishments to be able to reference. Candidates for this role should have 10+ years of experience in operational auditing, strong systems skills, including Excel and other data management software, strong written and verbal communication skills, experience working with all areas of an organization. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Demonstrated ability in Audit Program execution Experience with CaseWare software Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions Proven track record in managing Audit Engagements Proficiency in Auditing techniques and procedures Skill in developing and implementing Audit Plans Experience with Budget Processes Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) credentials Minimum of five years of experience in auditing, preferably in a managerial role Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
