Kelly Science is seeking a Facility Manager to join a growing client located in Pennington, NJ.Summary:As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and operations of the facility. You will ensure that the site meets all operational requirements, regulatory standards and that it provides a safe and efficient working environment.Job duties include:

Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems. Ensure that all systems are functional and comply with regulatory standards.

Ensure that the facility complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement and maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors. Negotiate contracts and oversee the quality of work and services provided.

Develop and manage the facility s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of service.

Coordinate space planning and office layout changes to optimize the use of facility space.

Develop and oversee a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the life of facility equipment and systems.

Lead and manage the facilities team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.

Lead facility-related projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure facilities operations meet cGMP standards and other regulatory requirements.

Implement sustainable practices and initiatives to reduce the facility s environmental footprint

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.

Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with cGMP, OSHA, FDA, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.

Proven ability to manage projects, contractors, and budgets effectively.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, communications skills, and organizational skills.
