Description Logistics company is seeking an Ocean Export Clerk for a 6 month duration. As an Ocean Export Clerk, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive hub management services for the Americas region offices and vendors, ensuring data quality and presence for customers.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage hub services for the Americas region offices and vendors. Coordinate US export operations. Manage import deliveries for all US bound freight. Ensure data quality and presence as per service agreements and company guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service for export shipments. Handle inquiries related to customs and export shipments. Maintain data accuracy in customer procedures and service agreements.Requirements Proven ability to handle Export Shipments efficiently and accurately Excellent Export Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing prompt and reliable assistance Extensive knowledge and experience in Customs procedures and regulations Mastery of export documentation processes and international shipping protocols Strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously Proficiency in using computer software for managing and tracking shipments Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines without compromising on service quality Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software for managing export operations Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, shipping companies, and customers Understanding of export compliance and regulations at a global level Strong problem-solving skills to address shipment-related issues and customer queries.TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
