This position will be full-time and hybrid.What You’ll Do
Lead engagement initiatives to foster positive user adoption of the new application
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, workshops, and materials to prepare users for the new system
Work closely with the Communications Lead to ensure training materials are consistent with user guides and other documentation
Assist in developing and executing change management strategies that align with the project's objectives
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure effective communication of changes
Gather feedback from users to continuously improve training programs and support materials
Provide guidance and support to the OCM Analyst and other team members as needed
Track and report on the progress of training and engagement activities to ensure timely and successful implementation
What You'll NeedRequired:
4+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management, training, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs
Ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly training materials
Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred:
Prior experience in the education sector or government projects
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
Experience with graphic design or multimedia content creation is a plus
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
