Small educational publishing company seeking F/T (Mon - Fri /8 -4) Customer Service Rep.
Responsibilities:
Tend to incoming calls and orders
Order entry and processing UPS labels for warehouse
Help maintain Instructor’s website
Attend to voicemails, emails and faxed requests
Help customers with an array of questions/needs
Assist with various projects as needed
Help with Accounts Receivables (check entry)
Help with Inventory maintenance
Work closely alongside 5 other Customer Service Reps. and other departments (Sales, Editorial, Warehouse)
Possess outstanding communication skills, STRONG attention to detail, a great phone demeanor and an overall positive attitude
Be dependable, accountable and self motivated
Undergraduate degree preferred
Previous experience in Customer Service
Have above-average documentation, grammar, analytical and computer skills
Be adept with the use of Windows and Microsoft.
Must have excellent communication skills
Be trainable and willing to take direction
BE A TEAM PLAYER!
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus (but not needed)
This is not a simple CSR position; it requires a quick learner and proficient multi-tasker!
Training and orientation will be onsite.
Pay and Benefits:
