Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in our Wholesale Distribution industry located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a team member, your primary role will be to manage customer interactions and inquiries, process purchase orders, and handle logistics, among other responsibilities. Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions via phone and email, ensuring exceptional service by understanding their needs and inquiries. Process purchase orders and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) as required, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. Collaborate with sales consultants to perform administrative functions, ensuring customer needs are met promptly and accurately. Manage logistics including coordination of deliveries with the warehouse, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction. Update customer contracts regularly to ensure all information is current and accurate. Process invoices efficiently, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately. Support the Sales team by providing timely quotations and accurate order processing. Handle incoming sales calls, providing general information to customers or potential customers. Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for communication and data management, ensuring efficient operation and record-keeping. Perform cash collecting or payroll processing when necessary, demonstrating strong accounting skills. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in sales and handling sales calls Ability to answer inbound calls professionally and assist customers with their queries Familiarity with invoice processing and cash activity Knowledge of logistics and handling purchase orders Time management and organizational skills are essential Experience in delivering goods or services Basic computer skills are necessary Ability to provide workstation support Experience with quotations and customer contracts Knowledge of payroll functions and accounting functions Ability to handle phone presence professionally A Plus certification is desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
