We are a modern Japanese ramen & sushi restaurant dedicated to providing excellent food, warm service, and a welcoming dining experience. To support our growing team, we are looking for experienced front-of-house staff to join us.
Position: Server（part time)
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude
Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations
Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
Clear used plates and tableware promptly during service
Clean and reset tables immediately after guests leave
Handle payments and process POS transactions
Complete daily opening and closing tasks (e.g., setting up stations, cleaning, restocking)
Maintain weekly deep-cleaning and sanitation standards
Work as a team to ensure smooth service during busy hours
Requirements:
Previous restaurant or café service experience required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fast learner with a positive attitude
Fluent in English
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Position: Host/Hostess (part time)
Greeting guests and seating them promptly
Managing the waitlist and table rotation
Assisting servers by clearing used dishes and resetting tables
Maintaining a clean and organized front area

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
