Job Description:
We are seeking a Bilingual Construction Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our construction projects, from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in residential construction, including remodels and new developments, and will be adept at project scheduling and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules to manage workflow and meet deadlines.
Liaise with architects, contractors, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication and timely execution of project phases.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the project’s progress and adherence to safety and building codes.
Manage and communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders in both Spanish and English.
Address and resolve any issues or changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a strong portfolio in residential remodeling and new construction.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Deep understanding of construction management processes, including project scheduling and budgeting.
Familiarity with construction and project management software.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, and permit requirements.
